Ethan Frank

Ethan Frank is a Co-Founder and Principal of Anchor Capital Group.

Prior to launching Anchor, Ethan most recently served as the Director of Acquisitions for Hildreth Real Estate Advisors ("HREA"), a fully-integrated and multi-strategy New York City-based real estate investment firm, where he played a leading role in identifying, structuring, and executing over $60 million in real estate transactions.

At HREA, Ethan helped oversee the firm's dedicated Manhattan investment and asset management activities, primarily focusing on the acquisition of free-market, mixed-use, and value-add potential assets.

Before transitioning full-time into acquisitions and asset management, Ethan served for three years as an investment sales broker for the Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG, formerly BRG)  in New York City, where he was involved in the sale of over $40 million in transactions across Manhattan. In addition to his investment activities in the New York City area, Ethan is also an active real estate investor in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.    

In every transaction, Ethan strives to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships - with investors, partners, and tenants alike - anchored around transparency and integrity. Ethan is a passionate cook and part-owner of multiple restaurants in the Atlanta area. He's also a highly engaged member of the New York City and Atlanta Jewish communities as well as a passionate fan of his Atlanta Braves. While in college, Ethan led three Birthright trips to Israel for more than 100 classmates and friends at the University of Texas at Austin (UT).

Ethan earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate from UT’s’ McCombs School of Business.
